You agree to use our software and website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure.
3. Intellectual property
All content, software and materials provided by NK2 Soft remain our property or that of our licensors. White-label deployments are licensed to you for your business use under your agreement with us.
4. Service availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability, and will give reasonable notice where possible.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NK2 Soft is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amounts paid for the service in question.
6. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
